Project: Residential dwelling, Finniss (2), SA
Location: Finniss, South Australia
Location Challenges: The house was designed to wrap around an existing swimming pool.
Design Aspects: Use of natural stone and Colorbond mini-orb external cladding. There is a range of accommodation modules including 2-storey sleeping, kitchen/dining and study all wrapped around the pool and connected with covered walkways.
Environmental Innovation: The use of special window glazing improves the thermal efficiency of the house.
Specialist Expertise: The house is an exciting, unique yet affordable design that the client is very happy with.
