Project: Cellar Door Sale, Wine Storage and Dwelling.
Location: Langhorne Creek, South Australia
Innovation: This building was designed to accommodate three uses, being Cellar Door, wine storage and residential. Planning approval was problematic because the building is constructed on a flood plain. Given the amenity of the locality, planning approval was also based on merit. Our planning report secured the planning approval. Multiple cladding options were used to complement each other and minimise cost.
