Project: Business Centre, Victor Harbor

Design Aspects: Fleurieu Regional Development at Victor Harbor is pursuing a new business hub to accommodate the needs of small business, as there is a lack of available office space in the area. This facility combines capacity for small to medium business to use it as their base, as well as short term or occasional use
Environmental Innovation: The building has been carefully designed to have a Level 5 Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) green star rating and will stand as a model of environmental building innovation for the south coast.
