Mike Galea 1_web

Mike Galea- Managing Director

Legally blind through suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Mike has wide-ranging experience with green building design and facility management, quantity surveying and project management. He has considerable experience working with access action plan development and access training, risk management, strategic planning and corporate governance in both the public and private sectors.

Mary

Mary Galea – Marketing Director

Mary has extensive experience in community health, marketing and management which she lends to her role as Marketing Director for EnvironArc.

Linda

Linda Roberts – Corporate Services Manager

Linda has experience with administration management, corporate governance, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, Quality Assurance, internal audits and taxation.

Geoff Jarvis – Architecture and Project Management Discipline Leader

Geoff has extensive architectural experience in educational, library and medical projects as well as project management for Commonwealth, SA and NT Governments and private enterprise.

Chris M

Chris Maddocks – AutoCAD and Building Design Standards Discipline Leader

Chris has broad experience as a senior building designer, including project management and project administration for Commonwealth, SA State Government, local government and private enterprise. He also has a wide range of expertise including emergency services, CBD developments and heritage consulting. Chris is a Disability Discrimination Act and Building Code of Australia auditor and is the quality assurance officer for EnvironArc Design.

Rod McInnes_sm

Rod McInnes – Access For All Discipline Leader

Rod is an Access Consultant, who has specialist expertise in the area of people with hearing difficulties, action planning, access maps and awareness workshops. He is a Panel Member of the Social Inclusion Board for Disability Advice Development.

In addition to his vast expertise in the Access fraternity, Rod also has extensive experience in networking, marketing, business development, project management and training.

Tad

Tad Stec – Environmental Auditing and GHG Discipline Leader

Tad has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma in Education and is an ‘A Class’ Electrician. His experience as a “hands on” electrical engineering consultant, energy auditor, electrical engineering lecturer and project manager spans over 36 years.

He also has expertise in manufacturing process control and power management systems, service and design; electric motors, generators, transformers and switchgear in Poland, Italy and Australia.

The EnvironArc Design team operates through a virtual office network covering metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia and regularly comes together for management meetings and professional development.
