This means access to auditing, assessment expertise and tools all in one location, simplifying compliance processes to statutory requirements.
EnvironArc Design can provide team members who are accredited with the following:
- GBCA (Green Building Council of Australia – Green Star rating system)
- NABERS (National Australia Built Environment Rating System)
- ABSA (Association of Building Sustainability Assessors)
EnvironArc Design is a “third party” Commissioning Agent for GBCA (Green Building Council of Australia) Green Star Accreditation. We also use the Building Code of Australia Energy Star Calculators.
HIA GreenSmart
A number of the EnvironArc Design team are HIA Greensmart accredited professionals.
The Housing Industry Association (HIA) is Australia’s peak residential building and construction association and provides leadership in recognising environmentally responsible residential building and land development through the GreenSmart program.
HIA GreenSmart was established in 1999 to promote practical, affordable and durable environmental solutions for residential design and construction. The growth of the HIA GreenSmart initiative since its inception has been significant and is now widely recognised as a leading industry initiative for achieving more environmentally responsible housing and residential communities.
