Campbelltown Access Audits

As of the 30th of June 20011 EnvironArc has completed the Access Audits for five properties for the City of Campbelltown. Over the past three weeks the buildings have been measured, assessed and reports have been written and delivered to the Council.

EnvironArc conducting Access Audits

EnvironArc has commenced Access Audits of a number of buildings for the City of Onkaparinga.

In total there areĀ 21 buildings that will be assessed throughout the Council’s region.

EnvironArc is proud to further strengthen its relationship with the City of Onkaparinga as well as strengthening its position in the accessibility industry.

Access to Premises Standard comes into effect

 

May 1st, the new Disability (Access to Premises – Buildings) Standards 2010 come into effect.

This means a significant change and upgrade in the way architects, surveyors and certifiers need to deal with, and respond to, the challenges and opportunitiesĀ of accessibility issues.

2000 training workshops for iSWEAR

EnvironArc has been engaged by iSWEAR to hold accessibility and sustainability workshops. It is expected that there will be over 2000 training workshops over the next three years. iSWEAR coordinates and manages a National Accessibility and Sustainability Register.
